About me

I am a primary school teacher at Minchinbury Public School, in Western Sydney. I have been working as a primary teacher for 7 years, one of those on exchange in Switzerland. I am a bilingual German speaker and have taught German at UNSW. I have also worked as a TESOL teacher. My current interests include integrating ICTs into the classroom, reflective learning, Teacher Professional Development and leadership.

I am passionate about Public Education because I believe everyone has a right to access quality education. I view education as having a pivotal role in delivering social justice as well as equality of opportunity for all sections of our society. I am proud to play my part in working towards a fair and equitable future.
